Kate Bigger, CBR CDBC has called the Boston area home since 1992. She currently lives in the woods in Medford where she can walk out the door and into the Middlesex Fells, the 2,200 acres of conservation land just north of Boston. She also shoos away deer that like to snack on her pear trees and swears at the wild turkeys sunning in her driveway.
As a lifelong learner and multi-tasker, her list of interests comes in handy for real estate. That means, from design and architecture to practical renovations, she can listen to what seller or buyer clients say and translate that into what’s available on the market in that price-range.
Kate is also a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant and teaches agility and scent detection classes at her facility in Everett. Her work helping clients with dogs and helping clients with real estate meshes together surprisingly well. It’s all about listening, knowing from years of practical experience what are the right questions, and genuinely caring about the answers.
